I am a fourth-year Ph.D. student at KTL Lab, School of Artificial Intelligence, Beihang University, advised by Prof. Fuzhen Zhuang.
My research focuses on Recommender Systems. Specifically, I work on:
⭐ Causal Inference for Recommendation. Integrating causal inference techniques (e.g., counterfactual reasoning, causal structure modeling) into recommendation models to mitigate spurious correlations and improve accuracy, robustness, and interpretability.
🌐 Multi-Domain Recommendation. Designing knowledge-transfer mechanisms for platforms with multiple exposure scenarios to reduce development and maintenance costs and improve performance.
🧩 Multi-Task Recommendation. Developing cross-task interactions and conflict-mitigation mechanisms to avoid negative transfer and achieve better overall performance when optimizing multiple objectives (e.g., click, dwell time, conversion).
🎯 Feature Selection for Recommendation. Developing algorithms to identify essential signals and suppress redundancies among large numbers of input features in large-scale recommender systems.
